So amazing for those boys to have a talented, strong, kind, knowledgeable, competitive, successful, woman role model. It may be one practice, but it will have a lifelong impact! We need more women coaches, and you don’t have to be Paige Bueckers to change lives!

Paige Bueckers filled in for her dad and coached her brother's Drew elementary team practice!

Every year since 2015, McKinsey & Company and Lean In release a report on women in the workplace in the US. Per McKinsey, it is the largest study on the state of women in corporate America. The report is typically released in September. The 2025 report has not been released, and there is no explanation as to why. Despite the fact that the gender pay gap increased again in 2024 - the second year in a row, which has never happened before,

According to the September US Census Bureau Report, women on average now earn less than 81 cents for every dollar paid to white men, down from 84 cents in 2022.

Women are in trouble, and our “champions” have gone silent, seemingly abandoning US women when they shifted their focus to Nigeria, India, and Kenya. The question is WHY Here is the 2024 report on Women in the Workplace.https://www.mckinsey.com/~/media/mckinsey/featured%20insights/diversity%20and%20inclusion/women%20in%20the%20workplace%202024%20the%2010th%20anniversary%20report/women-in-the-workplace-2024.pdf

"It's Personal" - Dawn Staley Bluntly Assesses Napheesa Collier's Bold Call-Out of Cathy Engelbert

Columbia, SC, October 15, 2025 – South Carolina coach Dawn Staley delivered a no-nonsense take on Napheesa Collier's explosive criticism of WNBA Commissioner Cathy Engelbert, calling the rift "personal" amid tense CBA negotiations set to expire this month. During SEC media day, Staley lauded the Minnesota Lynx star's courage in her September exit interview, where Collier accused Engelbert of "negligent" leadership, dismissing officiating complaints with "only the losers complain about the refs" and downplaying young stars like Caitlin Clark's salaries as something to be "grateful" for. Collier, who canceled a planned meeting, declared their relationship "beyond repair." "It's personal between them now," Staley said bluntly, acknowledging the emotional stakes. "But both are playing their sides. Phee was brave to put her name out there for the players. Cathy's accomplished a ton—no other commissioner has elevated women's hoops like her." Staley remains optimistic: "Emotions aside, facts will get the deal done."

Clark was criticized for her silence in the immediate aftermath. No mincing words here!
