Sometimes, you don’t see the whole path. You just follow the breadcrumbs.

That’s how Amparo Rojas describes her journey to Women Empower. One connection led to another, seemingly small moments kept pointing in the same direction, and eventually, she found herself on the Empower Summit stage.

What made that moment even more meaningful? She had already put a picture on her vision board of a stage that looked remarkably similar to the one she was standing on. She claimed her timeline and held the vision until it was her time to step into it.

Amparo had never spoken on a stage like this before. She had envisioned it, but she hadn’t yet done it. When the opportunity came, she chose to step into it. And by taking action she received the thing she had claimed in January.

And there she was, speaking about what the process of embodiment looks like while embodying it herself.

This wasn’t just a conversation about becoming. She was demonstrating what it looks like to become in real time. Embodiment. In the body.

Because transformation isn’t something we talk about. It’s something we embody.

The fear, uncertainty, and emotions that might normally hold us back can still be there. The difference is choosing to move forward anyway, taking the steps that align with what we desire and allowing each step to pull us toward a greater version of ourselves.

That’s what Amparo brought to the Summit. She invited us into it. And it’s what we believe Women Empower is about: not just imagining who we can become, but having the courage to become her.

Amparo is an Identity Integration Coach and Wellness Facilitator who creates spaces for women to continually reinvent and rediscover themselves. Her work explores the intersection of ambition, relationships, identity, and the patterns that can keep us from fully expressing what we want. Declare It. Do It. Become It.

One of the things we love most about Women Empower is witnessing women declare what they want, and then having the courage to step into it, embody it, and let it become real.

This month, we’re celebrating Faika Halici.

Faika is the Vice President of Customer Engagement at Celonis, where she leads a global marketing team that executes go-to-market strategies to drive deeper executive engagement and improve customer experience.

Beyond her impressive career, Faika is demonstrating something we believe deeply at WE: you don’t have to wait until the fear lifts to move. You declare what you want, you take the next step, and you let the fear come along with you. Every time you do, you expand your capacity for what’s possible.

Back at our members-only July brunch, Faika made a powerful declaration to the room, that she wanted to step onto stages and lead in front of thousands at her company. Right there, we asked her: Do you want to MC the Empower Summit?

She said yes. And she stepped into it beautifully.

Not only did Faika MC the 2026 Empower Summit for Women Empower with grace and presence, the experience gave her the courage to go ask for what she wanted next. And she received it. That’s the whole story of this year’s Summit, really: declare it, do it, become it.

Faika, we are so incredibly proud of you. Watching you take what you declared into this community and turn it into action, and watching that action create an even bigger possibility, is exactly why Women Empower exists. You’re not just a member of WE. You’re a living demonstration of what it means to lead empowered.

We can’t wait to watch you take the stage in Munich. Go show them what women can do.

Our vision has always been to fill the room🤍

Not just with women, but with connection, possibility, courage, laughter, authenticity, and growth.

Women Empower exists to create safe spaces where women can connect authentically with themselves and each other, rise together, and live fulfilled lives.

The Empower Summit is one expression of that vision, a platform and a space where women can be seen, be heard, be supported, and receive.

And we’re just getting started.

Trust is built in the little things.

Trust isn’t just about believing someone has good intentions.
It’s built when we say what we mean, do what we say, and follow through, even when no one is watching.

And that starts with ourselves.

Every time you keep a promise to yourself, you build evidence that you can trust you. And when we practice that with one another, we create a community where women can show up, be vulnerable, take risks, and know they’re supported.

That’s what integrity creates: trust.
And trust creates the space for women to rise together. 🤍
