Put the phone down for a minute.
Pick that Bible up.
Journal. Pray. Cry if you need to. Reset. 🌸

Hey girl… 💕 YOU 🫵🏽MATTER!!!!
YOU HAVE THE POWER TO Take care of YOU too!

I know life be life’n.
Some of y’all carrying stuff nobody even knows about.
Family problems.
Depression.
Pressure to grow up too fast.
Feeling left out.
Trying to act “strong” all the time.
Taking care of siblings.
Missing people.
Being hurt by people who were supposed to protect you.

But hear this:
You still matter. 🤍

Self care is not always face masks and pretty pictures. Sometimes self care is:
• logging off for a minute 📱
• crying instead of holding it in 😭
• saying “no” without feeling bad 🚫
• cleaning your room so your mind feels lighter 🧸
• praying 🙏🏽 ( MY FAVE 😭💪🏼)
• drinking water & eating something real 🥤
• going outside for air 🌤️
• protecting your peace
• asking for help
• resting without guilt 💤

You do not have to carry the whole world on your back, sis. 💎
