Update. One more shipment will be going to Ukraine in support of Brotherhood battalion (Bratstvo). Turniquets, bandages and braces. Thanks to the Estonian pharmasists and medical workers for helping out!
And one more shipment of the blood absorbant first aid bandages military grade is already travelling to Poland and from there - to Ukraine.
It's our collective work, dear friends who donated so kindly and generously!

Update: Dear friends. Yesterday we managed to buy a shipment of CAT Tourniquet tactical first aid. They are not cheap. The battalion asked for 100 but we don`t have that much funds. So we sent what we could buy. Nothing seems enough doesn't it? This stuff is important. It stops bleeding, so we pitch in what is important. I will post the photos of the shipment when it arrives. Hopefully 7-10 days. I am happy we found them. Everything is a deficit and in a back order these days. Thank you der ones for your help!

Update: Here is some of the protective gear we delivered to the Ukrainian soldiers. Knee pads, Radio, bulletproof jackets, unloading vests, helmets, uniforms and boots, warm clothes.
Right now we are working on acquiring first aid supply and medications. It will be our next shipment.
The donation is still active for a couple of more days. All your money will be going towards the next shipment of the first aid meds.

Update: Dear Friends.
Gathering protective gear and meds for the Ukrainian army has been an incredible challenge. There is a shortage in everything, and the postage is already overwhelmed, the deliveries are jammed.
There are 6 people in the volunteers army per one machine gun. It is taking forever for the international help to reach the soldiers. The enthusiasts and activists are finding ways around it, packing loads of bags and flying them across the ocean. Or load their cars in EU and drive them to the Ukrainian border.
We were able to gather some uniforms, boots, knee pads, radio, bulletproof jackets. A group of Ukrainian Americans took them to Lviv. I just got the news that they were received. Some stuff we're able to gather in Ukraine arriving from Turkey.
At the moment we are working on gathering military first aid items that dont seem being available at the regular pharmacies. The hospitals and emergency wards have been contacted for accessing their medical suppiers.
As long as you donate funds to Embrace Ukraine we will be providing Ukrainian soldiers with meds and protective gear.

Нere're the guys we are helping. Terra-defense of Kiev, battalion "Brotherhood". People's army. Regular people : teachers, mechanics, students, doctors... Just ordinary people who hold the arns in the time of the occupation.

We keep collecting money to get to the desired amount! It is much needed for buying necessities. From protective gear to dry socks and underwear.

Yesterday these guys called from the suburbs of Kiev. The bombing started in the middle of the phone call, we heard screaming and the call dropped. My heart plummeted. For a few hours until the air raid siren indicated the end of the attack, we were breathless to say the least. Every life feels like a personal failure; maybe we don’t provide the right protective gear, we were not fast enough, war doesn’t understand bureaucracy, policies etc… people just need help now. Tomorrow might not come. All these thoughts were rushing through my head until the second we heard they were OK. But there were civilian victims around them. A woman who’s arm and legs were torn off, and a man, who was left without a face. “Thank God, he didn’t suffer long”, they said.
The people’s army are not professional military, although many of them have a military experience. Russia have been holding a war in the Ukrainian territory for 8 years by now. However, for most people seeing these atrocities of war is a life changing tragedy. I am begging all the powers out there to help them survive!
Thanks to you, beautiful people, these guys receive help and feel your support from across the ocean.
