Not every 'LGBTQIA+ resource' out there actually has your back. We get it.

That's why we built a vetting process that doesn't cut corners. Before we ever recommend a partner organization to our community, we:

✓ Meet in person and evaluate their actual operations
✓ Check alignment with LGBTQIA+ safety and values
✓ Assess their track record and community impact
✓ Integrate feedback from folks who've used their services

We're not just passing along links. We're putting our reputation and your trust on the line every time we recommend a resource.

If you're a nonprofit, social service provider, or community org in the DC area doing real work for our community, let's talk about partnership. And if you're looking for resources you can actually count on, we've got you.

Trust isn't given. It's earned. We earn ours through doing the work.

Interested in learning more or exploring a partnership? Reach out - we'd love to connect.

I have $5. Can I actually start an emergency fund?

Yes. Here's how.

You don't need a lump sum to build financial security-small, consistent deposits create real safety nets. Start where you are, not where you think you should be. Pick a savings vehicle (app, jar, account), commit to one small amount weekly, and celebrate the win. That momentum? Reinvest it.

Financial stability isn't about perfection. It's about showing up for yourself, one deposit at a time.

Save this. Share it. And if you want more resources for building sustainable financial health, we're here. 💙

We built this workshop because money conversations in the LGBTQIA+ community shouldn't require a finance degree or assume you've had financial stability to begin with.

Here's what you'll actually walk away understanding:

1. Budget when income isn't stable - Learn real strategies for managing money when gig work, part-time roles, or irregular paychecks are your reality.

2. Navigate benefits without drowning in forms - Health insurance, tax credits, assistance programs. We break down what's available and how to access it.

3. Tackle debt on your own terms - Understand what debt actually means for your life, prioritize what matters, and build a payoff strategy that fits your situation.

4. Save even on a tight timeline - Savings isn't just for people with "extra" money. We show you how to build emergency funds and long-term security, even incrementally.

5. Diversify income without burning out - Explore ways to add income streams that don't require sacrificing your mental health or time.

This is about sustainability - not just surviving paycheck to paycheck, but actually thriving. Registration is open. The link is below👇

We know that money stress is real, especially when you're juggling rent, student loans, and just trying to live your life in DC. The good news? You're not alone, and your community has already figured out some solid moves.

Our workshop brings together LGBTQIA+ young professionals and students to talk about the stuff that actually matters: budgeting without guilt, tackling debt strategically, and building savings that stick. No shame, no judgment-just peer-to-peer learning from people who get it.

Tag someone in your friend group who's stressed about money (we know you know at least one 😅). Come together, learn together, build real financial stability together.
