Human rights challenges are among the most pressing and complex business issues today—impacting supply chains, privacy, labor standards, and more. With legal frameworks like mandatory human rights due diligence in Europe, addressing these challenges is no longer optional.

- Students tackle real-world business challenges in collaboration with partner organizations.
- Gain hands-on experience with human rights issues as leadership challenges.
- Develop skills in analytical thinking, project management, and team leadership.
- Learn how immersive education empowers future leaders to create impactful solutions.

📅 Date: Thursday, 30 January
⏰ Time: 8:00am - 9:00am EDT / 2:00pm - 3:00pm Geneva
📍 Location: Online

We are thrilled to announce the launch of a new teaching resource on Fair Recruitment of Migrant Workers—a valuable tool for educators and students alike. This freely accessible resource requires no prerequisites and can be adapted to various regional contexts, helping to integrate human rights into management education.

This initiative is part of a collaboration launched in 2022 between the International Labour Organization (ILO), GBSN, and the Université de Genève, aiming to equip students with the skills to navigate complex supply chains and operating environments responsibly.

This resource on fair recruitment of migrant workers provides an overview of recruitment practices, key labor migration trends, and the challenges workers face. Developed through a consultative process with business schools, ILO experts, and thought leaders, it offers practical, real-world insights.
