On behalf of the Texas Department of Public Safety Officers Association, our deepest condolences go to the family, friends, and fellow Troopers of Kentucky State Police Trooper Hayden Phillips.
The loss of a Trooper in the line of duty is felt throughout the entire law enforcement family. Although separated by state lines, the bond shared by those who serve is strong, and today the men and women of DPSOA stand alongside the Kentucky State Police as they mourn one of their own.
We honor Trooper Hayden Phillips for his service, courage, and ultimate sacrifice in service to the people of Kentucky.
To the family of Trooper Hayden Phillips and the entire Kentucky State Police family, please know that your Texas DPS family stands with you during this incredibly difficult time.
Rest easy, Trooper Hayden Phillips. Your service and sacrifice will not be forgotten.
T.J. Phillips
