Asian Americans are the fastest growing part of the electorate, and our vote is more powerful than ever before. Across the country, AAPI voters turned out in record numbers for the midterm elections to make their voices heard. That’s because in 2022, Asian American Power Network's Anchor Organizations ran the largest ever midterm voter outreach program targeting Asian voters in key states across the country. The Anchors (community based organizations) were able to reach voters in over in 15+ languages, at the doors, on the phones, in their mailboxes, on their web browsers, and in the their newspapers. Not only did AAPI voters turnout, as a community we saw representation increase as over 80% of Anchor's endorsed candidates won. Our power is here, and we are showing up!
