We have spent a lot of time reflecting, building, growing, & educating ourselves on ways to be better. We are super excited to share such an amazing event with each of you. We are hosting our annual workshop to empower youth ages 12-17 .This is a free event all you have to do is sign up . We will covering topics such as financial literacy, mental health, leadership, & empowerment . We are super grateful for our presenters who are some outstanding women who go above and beyond everyday to bring change to others lives. So we want you to find a youth and get them signed up they have an option to win a cash giveaway. The rules are simple

With the seasons changing so can your mood. Please be aware of the signs and symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder there is no specific age range this can affect everyone. So check on your friends and family during these fall and winter months. Educate yourself on how to identify the signs as well as how you can help them cope during moments such as this. If you have these symptoms and you feel that you are not getting better please reach out to your local therapist, psychiatrist, or contact the national helpline 1-800-662-4357. Don’t hesitate to get help it can save your life and we hope that we can continue to support those facing mental health challenges and highlight as many topics as possible.
