Faith in Peace Concerts

Faith in Peace Concerts Fight fire with light! Empower people of faith 🙏 to be uniters, not dividers.

Faith in Peace Concerts is supporting the Concert for the Human Family (CFHF) of the US Episcopal Church, an inspirational weaving of non-religious hip-hop, rock, pop, country and piano genres led by award winning artists who believe in the power of music and storytelling to foster community. We are working with the CFHF to broaden its interfaith reach and connect to secular causes. Faith in Peace Concerts is a nonprofit project of the 501c3 Bridge Alliance Education Fund.

They discussed shifts in Latino voting patterns, what to expect from Latino voters in the upcoming elections, and how Democrats and Republicans can connect with the Latino voting community for the 2026 midterms and beyond.

The U.S. judicial system is rooted in the Constitution and is central to the health of our democracy. For generations, the rule of law has served as the foundation for how justice is defined and administered. In recent years, however, concerns have emerged that the justice system is increasingly viewed—and used—as a political instrument. Reports of experienced, career prosecutors being removed and replaced by political appointees have raised questions about independence, accountability, and precedent.

We're joined by Washington Post contributing columnist and Navy veteran Dr. Theodore Roosevelt Johnson to consider "US @ 250: Pride, Reckoning, Aspiration." Ted's family name is a legacy first chosen to honor the new possibilities for Black Americans many presidents ago. One of our very favorite past UNUM guests, Ted now leads the New America’s US@250 initiative that “seeks to reimagine the American narrative with a focus on three themes: pride in the nation’s progress, reckoning with historical and contemporary wrongs, and aspiration for a better future.”
