Some of the strongest supporters of our mission understand firsthand why it matters.

As a 19-year-old Marine infantryman, Nicholas B. deployed to Iraq in 2003. Years later, that experience continues to shape his commitment to supporting service members and their families.

As the Founder & Owner of Two Marines Moving & Storage, Nicholas has supported Luke’s Wings for nearly a decade, from sponsoring fundraisers and attending our events to donating moving services when Luke’s Wings relocated to our new office.

We’re incredibly grateful for Nicholas and the entire Two Marines Moving team for standing behind our mission and helping make our work possible. Your generosity, partnership, and belief in our Nation’s Heroes truly make a difference.

As service members impacted by Operation Epic Fury continue their recovery, many will face a new battle here at home: healing from their injuries with the support of dedicated medical teams.

But healing goes beyond physical recovery. Having family by their side can provide comfort, strength, and hope during some of life's most difficult moments.

Luke's Wings is committed to making those reunions possible by providing emergency travel for the families of wounded, ill, and injured service members, so they never have to face recovery alone.

As the need for these flights continues, so does the need for support. Our goal is to raise $3 million to provide thousands of flights for military families in the months ahead.

Today marks five years since the Abbey Gate su***de bombing in Kabul, Afghanistan.

On August 26, 2021, 13 courageous U.S. service members made the ultimate sacrifice while helping evacuate Americans and Afghan allies from Hamid Karzai International Airport. In addition to the 13 U.S. service members who lost their lives, the attack claimed approximately 170 Afghan civilians, making it one of the deadliest days of the war in Afghanistan.

We remember their courage. We honor their families. And we will never forget the lives we lost on that day.

Luke's Wings stands with the families of the fallen and all those who continue to grieve, remember, and honor the Heroes we lost.
