The Refugee Advocacy Lab Our mission is to grow the movement for U.S. leadership on refugee protection and inclusion.

Our mission: To grow the movement for US leadership on refugee protection and inclusion. Who we are: An initiative hosted at Refugees International and co-founded with the International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP), International Rescue Committee (IRC), and Refugee Congress. What we do: Centered in the perspective and leadership of displaced people themselves, we seek to support the advocacy

community by developing strategic communications resources, championing inclusive policies, and building capacity for the field.

Listen in as the Lab's Executive Director Kate Brick shares how, in states across the country, communities are coming together to not only stop bills that would harm our communities, but pass bills at the state level that help our newcomer neighbors thrive and ensure everyone has access to trained, culturally responsive healthcare.

Our local partner, the Coalition of Refugee Service Agencies, saw this firsthand in Georgia this year and the Lab is proud to support these efforts.
