For too long, many wedding/event professionals have walked into rooms where they felt overlooked, underrepresented, or disconnected from the conversations shaping our industry.

That's why NSBWEP exists.

We are not a meetup. We are not a social club. We are not networking for networking's sake.

We are a 501(c)(6) national industry/trade association created to educate, advocate, elevate, and connect event professionals across the country.

At NSBWEP, the table was created so that no one has to question whether they belong. It's a space where relationships turn into opportunities, collaboration replaces competition, and professionals can grow alongside a community that understands their journey.
