Fresh Wind CDC aims to give access to life-changing resources and support to move our community from crisis and inequality to stability and economic self-sufficiency. Our mission will be to implement and develop programs to empower and improve the quality of life for individuals and families by focusing on 5 main areas, Community Services, Economic Development, Social Impact, Health Disparities an
d Education. Our Social Impact statement reinforces our commitment to creating a significant,
positive change and addressing pressing social challenges. Through collaboration with our communities and stakeholders. There is a major rekindling of community spirit needed in our communities today. As old forms of community have unraveled, so have families and neighborhoods. As more and more people have lost a sense of inclusion and belonging, they have stopped identifying with their fellow human beings and with the part of the works we all share. COVID-19, crime, violence, addiction, depression, su***de and other personal and social ills have grown.
