She has spent decades fighting for us. Now, we’re pouring back into her. ❤️

This Sunday, is gathering friends, colleagues, leaders, and loved ones to celebrate Congresswoman Maxine Waters—a fearless advocate, history-maker, truth-teller, and champion for justice.

Join us for an evening honoring her legacy and celebrating the extraordinary impact of her leadership, with special reflections from Secretary Marcia Fudge, Congresswoman Joyce Beatty, Mayor Barbara Lee, Julianne Malveaux, Minyon Moore, Angela Rye, Jotaka Eaddy, and more special guests.

A life of service deserves a celebration worthy of it.

Alaska. Florida. Wyoming.

Think about the Black women who came before you in this country. Who organized without social media. Who marched without protection. Who registered voters at great personal risk. Who ran for office when no one thought they could win.

They made a way so we could stand exactly where we are standing today.
Now it's our turn to make a way for those who come after us.

Vote today. Honor the legacy. 💜

There are places that hold memory. And there are places that remind us of our power.

At Inkwell Beach, we stand on hallowed ground where Black families created joy, community, and possibility in the face of segregation.

Today, this shoreline becomes a backdrop for another generation of Black women gathering, connecting, and imagining what’s possible together.

Let’s take back our future. 🗳️

Connecticut. Minnesota. Vermont. Wisconsin.

Black women did not build this democracy from the outside looking in. We built it with our hands, our voices, our sacrifice, and our relentless belief that this country could be better.

This is our power. This is our moment. This is our vote.
Walk in today like you know exactly who you are. Because you do. ✊🏾

Hawaii — the revolution has always had many faces. Many voices. Many frontlines.

Today, the frontline is the polling place. And Black women — in Hawaii and across this nation — are showing up armed with the most powerful tool in democracy. Our ballot.

Cast yours today. The movement is counting on you. 💜

Tennessee — if the line is long, stay in it.

If you are in line before the polls close, you have the legal right to vote. Do not let anyone tell you otherwise. Do not leave. Do not be intimidated.

Black women in this state have faced every obstacle imaginable and kept going. Today is no different.
The line may be long. Show up anyway. ✊🏾

Save the date, sisters. 🏝️✨

We’re headed back to Martha’s Vineyard for A Great Day At Inkwell 2, Sunrise Portrait .

In 1958, Art Kane gathered a generation of jazz legends for one iconic photograph in Harlem.

This year, we reframe that moment from a shoreline that once sheltered Black vacationers during segregation — and now stands as a beacon of our generational prosperity.

Powered by SPILL, Actively BLACK, and WellWithAll — three brands built by and for us, showing up for us.

RSVP today. Save the date. Bring a sister. This one’s for the legacy. 💜
