I say Career, you say Fest~ 📣🗣️

This past weekend, we brought Careerfest 3.0 to Dallas, Texas to create a space for our Scholars, alumni, and partners to come together to highlight career readiness and excellence. From building real-world career skills to networking with professionals across industries, our Scholars were able to learn valuable professional skills, explore potential career paths, and practice decision-making and leadership.

We held insightful skill-building workshops, a panel focused on early career readiness, and a special interactive activity hosted by our partners at .

We are excited that Careerfest 3.0 was an opportunity for Scholars to build meaningful connections and feel prepared for their journeys beyond college!

Over a few days, we hosted hundreds of our Scholars from across the country in Washington, D.C. to build community, explore identity, and sharpen their leadership skills. To our Scholars, it was incredible being able to see our work come to life by seeing you all come together, and see you grow your unique leadership identities which you’ll carry forward into your communities and careers.
