✨ What an inspiring afternoon at “Breaking the Glass Ceiling”! ✨

Our panelists-Padma Venkatachalam, Uma Rajagopal, and Ragini Dravida-shared powerful stories of resilience, self-advocacy, and the importance of giving back.

Padma reminded us that first impressions matter — from confident body language to clear communication, how we show up shapes how we’re received.
Uma encouraged us to pause, reflect, and realign — embracing self-prioritization, time management, and meditation as keys to balance and growth.
Ragini shared how daily habits and purposeful work can lead to organic success, and why standing up for yourself is essential.

Sunita Patel, our distinguished guest speaker, delivered a truly unforgettable keynote. With authenticity and boldness, she challenged us to break free from traditional limits and redefine success on our own terms.
She spoke about the importance of creating space for your voice, building strong networks, and finding power in vulnerability and connection, especially in an era driven by AI and constant change.
Her call to "imagine a world with no ceiling" ignited a room full of changemakers, reminding us that the real power lies in writing our own stories, advocating fiercely, and lifting others as we climb.

A heartfelt shoutout to our moderator Jasmeet Kaur, whose energy, insight, and warmth guided the conversation with grace. Her thoughtful questions and reflections brought out the best in every speaker.
With her signature message —“Keep learning. Keep growing. Whatever comes your way.”

Together, these powerful voices made Breaking the Glass Ceiling more than an event — they made it a movement. Thank you to everyone who joined us, asked questions, and made this event a true celebration of women’s leadership in tech.
