In honor of National 501(c) Day, The ACTEC Foundation proudly thanks the generous donors who make our mission possible. Your support helps fund impactful programs—from student-focused initiatives like the Mary Moers Wenig Student Writing Competition to public education resources and professional development for trust and estate attorneys. Together, we’re advancing scholarship, education, and community outreach in trust, estate, tax, and charitable law.
If generosity moves you today, consider supporting our 2026 Home Run Derby and cheer on your favorite slugger!

Celebrate National 501(c) Day with The ACTEC Foundation as we honor donors supporting education, scholarship, and trust and estate outreach.
