The Trump Regime has recently published two draft rules that would significantly restrict access to transition-related care across the country:

1. Banning Medicaid and CHIP funding for gender-affirming care for transgender youth

2.Excluding hospitals and providers that offer this care from participating in Medicare and Medicaid altogether

The rules are not final and must first go through a 60 day public comment period. The Human Rights Campaign has built a public comment portal that you can use to tell HHS that you are opposed to these draft rules: https://bit.ly/comment-hhs ( 🔗 in our bio)

HHS must respond to EVERYTHING raised in comments. You can comment anonymously. Comments cannot contain profanity or they will be discarded.

Salt Lake City introduced new official city flags last May after Utah passed a law restricting flags on public buildings to only approved government or military flags.

The new flags incorporate designs to represent the Pride flag, Transgender flag and Juneteenth Flag — each flag features Utah's state flower, the sego lily, symbolizing love and belonging for all residents.

By making the specially designed flags official city flags, Salt Lake City can legally display them.

Mayor Erin Mendenhall stated the flags represent dignity, worth, and the city's commitment to inclusion for everyone, regardless of identity.
