"In the interest of good faith:
I like *clever* engineering. Not crazy.
And to meet my definition of clever, engineering has to solve problems that actually exist.
This is clever if your goal is to drum up excitement and pump a stock price. The problem is I don't respect that.
I'd b less cynical about this if our friend Elon was actually focused on things like a truly affordable EV but we've been rug pulled on that again and again and oh look, a "flying car"
A wholly impractical idea, not even demonstrated in a production-ready capacity.
I am the opposite of impressed."
