Due to the forecasted inclement weather, we have decided to postpone our upcoming picnic to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees.
We are currently working with the venue to secure a new date and will share those details as soon as they are finalized.

If you would like to attend on the new date: No action is required. Your registration will automatically transfer to the rescheduled event.
If you would prefer a refund: We completely understand.

Seeking Support for VIADC Scholarships

The Virgin Islands Association, DC is hosting a popcorn sale to benefit V.I. students attending college!

The VIADC Scholarship program was originally founded in 2011 to support students attending college in the DMV. As the cost of higher education continues to rise, the program expanded to support students accepted to colleges/universities across the nation and internationally.

For 2026, we are awarding eleven (11) scholarships AND based on the number of stellar applications received this year, VIADC would like to award additional book scholarships through this Double Good popcorn sale.

It's time for a good time! We invite you to our William "Roggie" Rogers VI Annual Picnic! Bring your picnic blankets, your best dishes, and your dancing shoes as we have a day filled with great food, lively music, and friends

• Location: Anderson Park, Ft. Belvoir, VA

• Date: Saturday, June 27th

• Time: 12 PM Start

• Entry Fee: $10 adult/$5 child

A time for fellowship and a time to give back to the community. This year, we are asking all Picnic attendees to bring a book (or two or three) to donate to support the students at Greencastle Elementary School in Silver Spring, MD. Give the gift of reading by donating an elementary-age book.
