Last weekend the Emerald Stars traveled to Kansas City to compete at the state dance competition. While we didn’t finish in the top 5 this year, we couldn’t be more proud of the performance this team put on the floor. The growth, improvement, and heart they showed from the beginning of the season to now has been incredible to watch.

These dancers represented our program with class, determination, and team spirit, and that is something to celebrate.

A special congratulations to Amelia Roberts, Addison Hill, and Macey Heimsoth for being recognized as Academic All-State athletes. We are so proud of your hard work both on the dance floor and in the classroom!

Keep working, keep improving, and keep shining, Emerald Stars. ⭐💚

Special Note for those participating in the Show Me Your Spirit Clinic for Homecoming this Friday!

Thank you for registering your child for the 2025 Warsaw Homecoming Show Me Your Spirit Clinic! We are so excited to see everyone this Friday at the Warsaw Middle School Cafeteria (20363 Lane of Champions, Warsaw, MO 65355).

📅 Clinic Details
Registration: 4:00–4:30 PM
Clinic: 4:30–6:00 PM
Performance: Pre-game at 6:30 PM during the high school football game
Students will learn a dance, cheer, and band chant to perform together before the game.

👕 What to Wear
Black bottoms (shorts, pants, or skirt)
Tennis shoes
Clinic t-shirts (black and white) will be passed out during registration
Hair may be styled however you choose

🚪 Drop-off & Pick-up
Parents and participants should enter through the front doors of JBMS and proceed into the cafeteria.
Parents may stay during the clinic but must sit and observe silently so students can focus.
Please bring a water bottle—hydration is important!
After the performance, all students must be picked up immediately in the roped-off cheer/dance area.

🎟️ Game Admission
Participants receive free entry to the football game.
Parents and family members will need to pay regular admission at the gate.

🌟 Behavior Reminder
All students are representing Warsaw Schools at this event. We ask them to show school spirit, good sportsmanship, and respectful behavior throughout the clinic and performance.
