Friends of the Warren Public Library As supporters of the pulbic lbrary, the Friends are committed to further the work of the Warren Public Library. What do the Friends do?

Share - A conviction that good library service is essential to everyone in the community

Work - To provide materials and programs not available with library funds. Friends have contributed more than $350,000 since 1975. Support - Library programs such as the Summer Reading Club, craft programs, movies, animal shows, and more. Sponsor - Weekly Used Book sales, programs for Children and Adults, Chi

ldren's table at the Warren Art in the Park, and the Warren Reading Group Book Discussion. Assist - Library staff as needed, helping at the Summer Reading Club picnic and special programs

📚🎁 A new way to experience a book!

Our Immersion Reading Kits for kids and teens are now available at the Civic Center Library!

Each kit pairs a middle grade or YA book with surprises inspired by the story. As you read, you’ll find individually wrapped items labeled with page numbers. When you reach that page, open the matching surprise! You might discover a craft, activity, keepsake, puzzle, or something else connected to what you’ve just read.

Each kit also includes a Beyond the Page activity for even more ways to explore the story after you finish.
• Read the book.
• Open surprises along the way (yours to keep!).
• Experience the story beyond the page.
