🏀 Ready to hit the court? Registration is now open for Warren’s Youth Basketball League!

This league gives young athletes the chance to build their skills, stay active, and enjoy some friendly competition while being part of a team. Games will be played at the Warren Community Center and Warren Con schools, with practices beginning in mid-November. 🏆

🏀 Grades 3–8 | Boys & Girls
💲 $85 — includes league play & shirt
📅 League runs January 9 – March 13, 2027

After a two-week shutdown, we were ready to welcome our guests back to the Warren Community Center!

⚒ Maintenance Monday 🔧

Even while the Warren Community Center remains temporarily closed, our Parks & Recreation crews haven’t stopped working.

Behind the scenes, our team is putting in the time, effort, and sweat to make sure that when our doors reopen, our guests return to a facility that is CLEAN, SAFE & FULLY OPERATIONAL.

This is what dedication looks like.

Our crews are working throughout the Community Center and across Warren’s parks to address maintenance needs, complete projects, improve facilities, and make sure our parks and recreation spaces are ready to welcome the community back.

And today, we want to give a HUGE THANK YOU & SHOUT-OUT TO GENERAL MOTORS!

GM stepped up today to help refill the playground safety material at Trombley Park, helping keep our playground safe, inviting, and ready for Warren families.
That is what community partnership looks like. When businesses, residents, and the City come together, Warren gets better.

MAINTENANCE MONDAYS | THE WORK NEVER STOPS!
(Special Tuesday - Labor Day Edition)

Our annual Warren Community Center maintenance period began Sunday and will continue over the next two weeks as our crews work hard to get the facility clean, refreshed, safe and fully operational for our guests.

But our work doesn’t stop at the Community Center!

Our parks remain active throughout the fall, and our crews continue maintaining playgrounds, pathways, athletic fields and park amenities across Warren. At the same time, important improvements are underway at Halmich Park.

30 parks. 370 acres. One dedicated team.

You may not always see the work happening behind the scenes, but you will see the results.

We’re working every day to ensure Warren residents have parks and recreation facilities they can enjoy, appreciate and be proud of.
