Oregon Camp Cedarbrook is a co-ed camp in Central Oregon for ages 8-18. At Oregon Camp Cedarbrook we aim to help equip young men and women. At camp we teach skills such as canoeing, archery, campfire cooking, crafts, and more. We aim to help campers build on their skills as they return each year. OCC is a register 501(c)3 non-profit and all donations are tax deductible.

This has been a sad week for our camp community as we grieve the loss of two people connected to Oregon Camp Cedarbrook.

We remember Earl Ferguson with deep gratitude for the many ways he supported camp and cared for young people in the Weston community. Earl wanted kids—especially those from difficult backgrounds—to know Christ as their Savior and to believe they could rise above their circumstances through faith and perseverance. We also remember Ben Hubbard, who was a camper with us for a few years. His life ended tragically in a motorcycle accident, and we are holding his family and loved ones in prayer as they walk through this heartbreaking loss.

Service information:
Earl's Memorial services will be held at Munselle-Rhodes Funeral Home, 902 S. Main, Milton-Freewater, Oregon on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM with concluding service at the Weston, Oregon Pioneer Cemetery. Reception to follow at the Long Branch Cafe & Saloon.

Ben's Celebration of Life will be held at Weston-McEwen High School at Noon on April 25th. Potluck to Follow with main dish provided. Bring a salad, side dish, or dessert if you are able. Please plan to walk in with a smile and walk out laughing.

Please pray for both families and for all those who are grieving.

We are incredibly grateful to the many businesses and individuals who donated raffle items for our Oregon Camp Cedarbrook Benefit Breakfast Raffle!

Together, they contributed over $1,800 in raffle donations, and their generosity helped make this event such a blessing. Every gift, every donation, and every act of support helps us continue serving our campers and strengthening our programs.
