Good morning Friends and Neighbors, We invite you to participate in our upcoming May PORCH donation day, scheduled for this Sunday, May 17, from 3-4 pm.

Let's provide support for kid-friendly meals as many local children face nutritional challenges during the summer months due to the absence of school meals. Donations will be delivered to the Vinton Baptist Church food pantry.

Today, I will deliver our neighborhood's donation of 44 lbs to the Vinton Baptist Church Food Pantry. While we did not meet our target of 100 lbs, your kindness will go a long way in supporting area families.

🌿 PORCH Neighborhood Pickup – Sunday, April 19 🌿

Set your donations out by your mailbox or front porch between 3–4 PM and help support our local community!

✨ Reminders:
• Non-perishable items only
• No glass containers
• Must be new & unopened

🛒 Items to Consider Donating:
• Rice & dry beans
• Canned beans & vegetables
• Cereal, peanut butter & crackers
• Boxed items (potatoes, meal kits, etc.)
• Canned or packaged fruit
• Canned proteins (tuna, chicken, ham)

🎯 Our Goal:
Let’s collect 100 lbs of donations in April!
