Vienna Rec

Vienna Rec Over 1600 youths participate in these activities each year.

Vienna Recreational Improvement Association (VRIA) is a non-profit, volunteer agency, providing recreational facilities and activities for girls and boys from Vienna, North Hills, and other neighboring and communities when a particular activity is not available or participation is not feasible in their area. The current schedules for signup dates are:

March – Baseball, Softball, T-ball (Every S

aturday in March 9-noon)
May – Swimming, Tennis (Last Saturday in May and takes place at Jackson Pool or Jackson Tennis Courts from 9-noon)
July – Football, Cheerleading (2nd and 3rd Wednesdays in July 6 to 8 p.m. and the Saturday in between from 9-noon)
August- Soccer (Last Saturday in July and 1st two Saturdays in August 9-noon)
November – Basketball, Floor Hockey (Last three Saturdays in November 9-noon)

The North Hills Sprinters will be making a splash again this summer with all-time record-holding City Meet champ, Coach Linda Alt, back leading her squad! Sign-ups will be held at the pool all weekend (Sat—Mon). We will have suits to try on to fit your kiddos for their team suits, spirit wear ordering options, and gear for purchase! DM us if you’re unable to make it down and we will send you the forms and payment links. Let’s GO, Sprinters! 🏊🏼‍♀️🏊🏼‍♂️

Join us July 23–25 for an exciting week of soccer, skills, and fun with Big Red players and coaches! Campers will learn new skills, compete on teams during Midnight Madness, meet the teams, and receive a FREE camp t-shirt!

Signups are opened back up until 4/25 for youth leagues, with a cap on the number of players we can take in each group. All groups, except for U10, can take a few more players.

Adult league signups will continue until May 2nd, or until we hit our registration cap.

Soccer signups are extended until midnight (4/21) tonight to accommodate some folks that missed the deadline.

We’re still looking for a few more 12u softball players to make a team. The deadline is tomorrow 3/31/26.

Softball signups for ages 13-17 are still open. This age group doesn’t start playing games until June.
