2026 DUNF Reminder

The 2026 Drug Use Notification Form (DUNF) is now available. Please review the following information before completing your form:

• Market chickens: Wait until birds have been weighed and banded. Submit one form per market pen.
• Market hogs, sheep, goats, beef and dairy feeders: Enter the animal’s complete RFID number, including 840. Submit one form per animal.
• Market rabbits: Use tattoo numbers and submit one form per market pen.
• Lactating dairy: Use the animal’s tag number rather than its name.

All DUNFs must be submitted by Wednesday, September2nd at 6:00 p.m.

Please check your information carefully before submitting. Forms cannot be edited after submission. If you discover an error, you will need to complete a new form.

Come take a seat and see the creativity, dedication, and hard work our 4-H members have put into their clothing projects. From selecting fabrics and patterns to mastering sewing and construction skills, these youth have spent months preparing for this moment!

You won't want to miss the chance to celebrate their accomplishments and see their projects showcased on the runway.
