Dear FCRA Members,
You are invited to attend a special on-site meeting this Sunday at 11:30 AM regarding an important water system improvement project for Frio Cielo Ranch.

FCRA will be hosting Larry Sunn of RainBees, a Texas Hill Country rainwater harvesting consultant, who will be working with us to design a system to transition the Ranch House and Park Bath House from the West water system to rainwater harvesting.
This project is part of our effort to:
• reduce peak water demand on the West Pressure Plane
• improve long-term system reliability
• address recent TCEQ requirements
• make use of existing Association-owned storage tanks

These facilities are primarily used during events such as the Annual Members Meeting and holiday weekends, and this change is expected to significantly reduce strain on the system during those peak periods.

Members who are interested in:
• water system improvements
• rainwater harvesting
• long-term planning for FCRA infrastructure
are encouraged to attend and observe the design discussion.

This is an informal working session, but a valuable opportunity to see firsthand how this project may benefit the Association.

Some, did not like our metaphor as we looked and asked for help getting the fallen tree limb off the top of our reserve water storage tank, but here he is again! Thank you to ALL the "supermen" that took time out of their life and came through in our quest to solve this big problem. We got it from here. Thanks again!
