The Community Foundation

The Community Foundation Creating a Vibrant Region with Opportunity for All! Since 1952, The Community Foundation has invested millions of dollars in Oneida and Herkimer counties.

The Foundation partners with various nonprofits in order to make impactful investments in core areas of need. For more than 60 years, The Foundation has created strong partnerships with donors, nonprofit organizations, community leaders and civic organizations. As a social impact investor focused on the priority needs in our community – economic development, education, health, arts and culture – we understand our continued success takes true partnerships and long-term commitments.
