We're excited to give a shout-out to Tom Dunn who just retired from an incredible 12 years of lifeguarding!
When he first started in 2014, Tom never imagined the lasting impact the experience would have on his life. As a lifeguard, he has had the opportunity to work with people of all ages and build meaningful relationships. He became part of a close-knit community.
One of the things Tom has enjoyed most about his job is getting to know the patrons. He loves listening to their stories and sharing memorable conversations. According to Tom, the people are what made it such a great place to work.
Among his favorite memories is earning his CPR certification alongside his brother Jimmy. Tom had always wanted to become CPR certified, making the accomplishment a meaningful accomplishment.
Looking back, Tom is grateful for the many friendships, experiences and memories that have been made over the years.
In his words, "What began as a job in 2014 grew into a journey filled with lasting connections that he will always treasure."
