We had such a wonderful time coming together as a community for our Staff Cookout! It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate our incredible staff, enjoy each other's company, and make memories together.

For September’s , we are highlighting the words of Reverend Jesse Jackson in support of the Deaf President Now movement for .

During the Deaf President Now movement at Gallaudet University, students protested until the university appointed its first Deaf president. In his letter of support, Reverend Jackson reflected on how the hearing community does not always listen. The lesson remains clear today: true inclusion begins with valuing the input shared by each person impacted by a decision.
