The conversation around youth mental health starts with awareness, but it continues with action.
For many young people, art provides a space to slow down, express themselves, build confidence, and connect with others. Creative communities can help youth feel seen, supported, and empowered.
While art isn't a replacement for professional mental health care, it can be a powerful tool for self-expression, stress relief, and building real-world skills. Creative spaces give young people opportunities to explore their emotions in a healthy way, develop coping skills, and find community.
This Mental Health Awareness Month, we're celebrating the impact that creativity and community can have on young lives. 💚
