Congratulations to ERDA board member Rob Stallings for being named the Enid Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the year! We’re honored to know you and serve the Enid community alongside you.

Enid voters will have an important decision on the August 25 ballot.

A proposed increase in the local hotel and motel tax from 8% to 12% would generate additional revenue from visitors staying in local lodging establishments—without increasing taxes on Enid residents.

If approved, the measure is projected to generate approximately $2.1 million annually to support tourism, community amenities, the Stride Bank Center, the Chisholm Trail Expo Center, and projects that strengthen Enid’s economy and quality of life.

By reinvesting visitor-generated dollars back into our community, Enid can continue growing as a destination for events, tournaments, and tourism while supporting local businesses.
