All resources for BABMF include, but are not limited to, public and private charities
, investors and donations. What makes BABMF unique is touching base with a long list of people’s needs all in one organization. With BABMF there will be no need for “bouncing around”, which will help those that either do not have transportation or are handicapped and have limited mobility. Because of our widespread charity, our market segment includes; health, wellness and education. Market and Customers
Our customers necessities are very widespread, ranging from healthcare needs to bill payment, clothing, help with finances, counseling and parental support are only a few top priorities for needs. Due to the increase of poverty, financial and healthcare needs are on the rise. Since this rise is global other agencies are running out of funds and new ideas. BABMF is an outreach organization which will provide stability for families and individuals ensuring them of a more promising future. They will get the help needed to get started and then help needed to keep them going. BABMF offers people the help they need, it can be from something as simple as embracing faith or bringing hope. It will help bring stability to families who need it, so they can no longer worry about their future. BABMF is committed to helping people not just in one location but also on a global scale. It will provide people with food, funds, healthcare and education to men, women and children. BABMF also provides structured curriculum for employment training through our job readiness program. Most people who will be assisted are those willing to grasp their dreams of a good future to come true. These dreams can be a reality with BABMF’s support system. With many locations opening in five different states, the BABMF hopes to gain nation-wide recognition. It is up and coming, and will be opening up five offices in five cities over the next ten years. BABMF will feature an online website that explains, in detail, what our service provides. Our number can be called during our business hours and all locations will provide anyone with any information they need. Marketing Plan
Our client base is low-income people, mainly families, who need emergency help to put food on the table and clothes on their backs. Nearly half of those served by the program are children. The BABMF is funded from a variety of sources, public and private. We anticipate that funding will increase by 15% - 25% over the next three years. The executive director and the board of directors will be responsible for reviewing the program expenditures and making adjustments to assure the program solvency. The Building A Better Me Foundation will start a fundraising campaign with area retail markets, banks and credit unions in order to raise $100,000 of start-up capital. This marketing program will focus on increasing its visibility in the community. Program brochures will be distributed to local social service programs and Non-Profit agencies that serve the target population groups. Projected Growth
It is estimated that the number of families who need services from the Building A Better Me Foundation will increase during the next five years. Garfield County is growing and a number of new families are entering the area to look for employment. A number of programs exist to help transition these new families into the county. The Building A Better Me Foundation is an important resource to these programs because we can respond quickly with two of the most important resources these families need. Our services improve the ability of families to care for children and achieve goals of self-sufficiency. The Building A Better Me Foundation’s services are a small investment in comparison to cost of ignoring the problem of Poverty in the country and the influence it has on a number of health and crime issues. OBJECTIVE:
• Establish donation network of community based programs.
• Acquire $200,000 of start-up funding through corporate, private and public charities, and community as well as government financial support.
• Raise an additional $100,000 in fundraising activity. You must believe in yourself. UA-49913336-1
