Our next Art X Science Workshop is almost here! Join us on Saturday, June 6th from 10am–12:30pm for a morning of birding and painting inspired by the feathered friends of the estuary! 🎨🐦

We’ll begin with a guided birding tour along Tuckerton’s Great Bay Boulevard by Joshua Gant, Naturalist with Ocean County Department of Parks and Recreation. Josh will introduce birding basics and explore the birds and changing ecosystems of the estuary. With spring migration well underway, we’re sure to spot lots of avian friends!

We’ll then head to the Jacques Cousteau Reserve Coastal Center for a beginner-friendly step-by-step painting workshop with JC NERR Education Coordinator, Kaitlin Gannon. Everyone will leave with their own estuary bird painting to take home! 🖌️🌾

All abilities and experience levels welcome!
