The Detachment is saddened to announce the passing of Robert Faust, the first elected National Commander of the Sons of the American Legion, serving from 1972-73. After his term ended, Robert continued his service to the Sons, Legion and veterans for many years. The Detachment expresses its condolences and deepest sympathies to his family at this difficult time.
