Diné Ba’adeiti For The People had the opportunity to participate in the 3rd Wood for Life Partnership Workshop in Flagstaff, AZ. This gathering brought together organizations committed to sustainable forest management and expanding firewood access for Native communities.

As part of the workshop, we opened our Diné Ba’adeiti Wood Bank to demonstrate how our team operates—from log intake and processing to preparing stove‑ready firewood for elders, veterans, and families across the Navajo Nation.
Our model is built on community leadership, cultural responsibility, and a commitment to ensuring no household goes without heat.

We appreciate the partners who continue to strengthen this work and help us build long‑term, community‑driven solutions. Ahéhee’ to everyone advancing this effort.
