This past weekend, nine of our Scouts (and 6 parents) headed to Cub Scout Camp at Scouthaven — and wow, did they make memories. They spent their days sharpening outdoor skills, celebrating friendship, and soaking up every bit of adventure camp had to offer.
From archery and BB guns to fishing, hiking, swimming, boat rides, crafts, and so much more, they were nonstop explorers. Morning and evening flag ceremonies before breakfast and dinner brought everyone together in true Scout spirit, and evenings around the fire strengthened bonds that will last long after camp is over.
There were plenty of laughs, new friendships, and of course… trips to the Trading Post for Slush Puppies — a camp tradition our Scouts fully embraced.
It’s safe to say Scouts and parents alike had an absolute blast.
