You may qualify if you:
· Are between the ages of 18 to 75
· Diagnosis of moderately to severely active CD
· Have not responded to currently available treatments

Help support others living with IBD! We’re seeking facilitators for our Women’s and 55+ Support Groups. Volunteers should have lived with IBD for 3+ years, available to support others, and be ready to give back. Commitment: 3–5 hours/month, including one monthly meeting and monitoring a group email. Previous Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation volunteer experience is preferred.
