🛍️ WORK THERAPY PARTNER SPOTLIGHT — HAVEN HOMES RESALE 🛍️

Sometimes our work therapy partner is right here at HOME. ❤️

Haven Homes Resale is so much more than a resale store. It is an important part of the Haven Homes ministry—and for some of our residents, it becomes the place where they begin learning how to show up, work hard, serve others and take those next steps toward independence.

There is something pretty special about serving the very ministry that is pouring back into you.

Our men working at the Resale are sorting donations, moving furniture, helping customers, picking up and delivering merchandise, organizing the store and doing plenty of the hard work behind the scenes that keeps this ministry moving!

And while they’re working, something else is happening…

They’re learning responsibility. Accountability. Teamwork. Patience. Confidence. Service. And maybe most importantly, they’re learning the value of being needed and contributing to something bigger than themselves. 🙌

It ALL serves a purpose.

That’s work therapy.
That’s ministry.
And that’s Haven Homes. ❤️

when this happens, our hearts are filled with gratitude. his mother & little one joining him every Sunday for church. God, but God. 🙌

This is what our guy, Bryan Eason does everyday…not just singing in the choir at FBC, where you see him pictured at the far left, but also in person every Sunday…like we shared…he’s an EVERY DAY 🙌 kinda guy for the Lord.
