💜 NCNW TEXAS STATE COALITION 💜

We arrived with PURPOSE.
We arrived with POWER.
We arrived in PURPLE. 💜

Representing the Texarkana Bi-City Section of the National Council of Negro Women with pride and excellence, our President, Donna Dounley, showed up and stood out as a true reflection of leadership, service, and sisterhood.

We are honored to be part of a coalition of women committed to empowering communities, advocating for change, and continuing the legacy of those who paved the way before us.

Texarkana was in the house, and we represented with excellence!
