Responsibility House Responsibility House is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to providing the highest care of Substance Abuse Treatment & Recovery.

We offer Long-Term Residential Inpatient Care and Intensive OutPatient programs & counseling as well! We serve the community by providing treatment, support, and counseling to dedicated families and individuals who struggle with substance abuse, homelessness, mental illness, or HIV/AIDS. Responsibility House, Inc. (RH) is a private non-profit organization [501(c)3] dedicated to meeting the needs of the Greater New Orleans area’s underserved, indigent, and disabled populations. In 1994, RH was founded as a substance abuse treatment center, and in 2000 we expanded our mission to include housing the homeless. In each of our programs, we employ qualified professionals for all counseling and case management positions. Our services have proven effective and successful because of our people-driven approach to program design and improvement.

Responsibility House is now OHL Westbank! 📢💙 As of today, Responsibility House has officially become OHL Westbank, joining the Odyssey House Louisiana family under one unified name.

While our name has changed, our location and trusted services remain the same. We continue to offer residential substance use treatment for men, outpatient and intensive outpatient services for men and women, and permanent supportive housing for individuals and families.

We look forward to this new chapter, and to continuing to serve the Westbank community as OHL Westbank!
