Located in Terre Haute, Warren Village offers housing options for seniors and individuals with disabilities with one-bedroom apartments available.

Residents can enjoy a variety of amenities, including a fitness room, billiards room, library, TV room, and courtyard with picnic tables and outdoor grills. The community also offers laundry facilities, meals provided by Midland Meals, and resident activities throughout the year.

With convenient access to public transportation, grocery stores, and other nearby essentials, Warren Village offers residents a place to call home while enjoying opportunities to connect with their community.

Rent is income-based, and income restrictions apply. Contact the Terre Haute Housing Authority to learn more about eligibility and availability!

We were notified this morning of a suspicious call from someone claiming to represent the Terre Haute Housing Authority. The caller instructed the person to leave their home due to a gas leak.

THHA did not make this call, and we believe it was a scam.

If you receive a similar call, do not provide personal or financial information.

Please note: A call regarding a gas leak will come from CenterPoint Energy, not THHA.

A little paint, some pumpkins, and a whole lot of fall fun! 🎃🍂

On October 1, residents at Dreiser Square, Warren Village, and Garfield Towers came together for our first Fall Beautification Day! We enjoyed snacks, painted pie pumpkins, and added a little fall color to our communities with mums.

The best part was spending time together and seeing everyone’s creativity shine. Thank you to our residents and staff for making it such a fun day! 🧡

A special thank-you to our volunteers from Willow Marketing and the Hamilton Center case managers stationed at Warren Village for jumping in and helping us get the job done. We appreciate your time and helping hands!

🍂 ATTENTION Dreiser Square, Warren Village, and Garfield Towers residents!

Tomorrow, October 1st, is our first Fall Beautification Day! Join us in your community center/community area starting at 11 a.m. to enjoy some snacks and paint a pie pumpkin. 🎃

Want to help add some fall color to your neighborhood? Mums will also be available to plant around the property, and we’d love your help!

Come spend some time with your neighbors and welcome the fall season together. We hope to see you there!

Freshly paved roads at Lockport and Honey Creek Village Apartments! 🙌

We love seeing improvements that make a difference in our residents’ everyday lives. These before-and-after photos show what a change the repaving has made at both communities.
