🚨 PRICE DROP UPDATE: 2026 Frontier District First Aid Meet! 🚑⚜️

Is your patrol ready to put their skills to the test under pressure? Join us for the 2026 Frontier District First Aid Meet at Oley Valley Middle School!

We have officially adjusted registration down to $10 per Scout on the Hawk Mountain Council website. Registration will remain open right up until the day of the event, so start getting your patrol rosters together now!

📅 Date: Monday, November 2, 2026
📍 Location: Oley Valley Middle School Gymnasium (3247 Friedensburg Rd, Oley, PA 19547)
🕡 Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM (Check-in & Judge's Briefing begin at 6:00 PM)
💲 Cost: $10 per Scout (Includes custom 2026 event patch—ordered based on final attendance and distributed to units in December!)
👥 Who: Scouts BSA Patrols, Venturing Crews, and Arrow of Light (AOL) Dens looking to experience a troop event!

What Every Participating Patrol (3–6 Scouts) Needs to Bring:
A. 1 "Victim" (A Scout to act as the patient during scenarios)
B. 1 Judge (An adult leader or experienced older Scout to help score stations—no prior medical credentials required, full rubrics provided!) C. Patrol Gear: Patrol first aid kit, PPE (medical gloves), splints & padding, cravats/triangular bandages, two blankets or tarps, and two 6-foot poles/staves for improvised stretcher carries

Patrols will rotate through four hands-on, realistic emergency scenarios testing their scene safety, first aid skills, teamwork, and Patrol Leader leadership, followed by a Championship Bonus Round for our top teams!

Roundtable is back! This Wednesday, September 9, we will be having our next Roundtable meeting at Christ Lutherna Church in Oley (325 Covered Bridge Rd, Oley, PA 19547) at 7pm. Commissioner meeting at 6pm.

For our first month, we will have a guest speaker Brittni Barros from Cabela's. Brittni is the Events Coordinator for Cabela's and will be presenting on equipment, donations, and answering your questions among other topics. We will also have a small presentation from Liz Witters on Membership. As always, your Commissioner staff will be there to answer questions as well.

The Roundtable staff is excited to see everyone and we encourage all to bring a friend and enjoy a fun time with your fellow scouting leaders.

The Product Sale team put together a fun Open House for Scouts and those interested in becoming Scouts. July 11 from 1:00 pm -3:30 pm at the Scouting America Hawk Mountain Council
office.

Product Sale Scout Kick-Off! The event will take place on July 11, 2026 at the Council Office, beginning at 1:00 pm and ending at 3:30 pm. It is an open house style event – please join us when you can and leave when you must. Scouts will enjoy games, product samples, a photo booth, and an opportunity to practice their sales pitch.
