📦 NOW HIRING: Remarket Specialist

Love the thrill of a great eBay sale? Put those skills to work for a good cause.

AZ StRUT is hiring a Remarket Specialist to run our online resale efforts out of our Tempe warehouse. You'll give donated technology a second life, and every sale helps fund our mission of bridging the digital divide and keeping e-waste out of Arizona landfills.

What you'll do:
✅ Sort incoming donations and spot items worth listing
✅ Photograph items and write accurate, appealing eBay listings
✅ Research prices and negotiate offers
✅ Pack, ship, and take care of buyers

The details:
💵 $17–$19/hour, based on experience
🕒 30–40 hours/week with a flexible schedule (typically includes Saturdays, with 2 days off during the week)
📍 In person at our Tempe warehouse
🎁 Paid time off, paid sick leave, employee discount, and room to grow

eBay or marketplace selling experience is a plus, and personal selling counts! Must be comfortable testing common electronics and able to lift 60 lbs.

Over the past year, AZ StRUT has provided 202 veterans with refurbished laptops through our partnership with the Veteran Career Center (VCC) at Goodwill in Phoenix.

We've conducted Hardware Techie Experiences once or twice a month, giving these veterans hands-on training in computer hardware, and a refurbished laptop of their own to keep.

AZ StRUT is pleased to mark one year of this great partnership with the Veteran Career Center, and we look forward to continuing to support veterans as they build new skills and career opportunities.

Old technology can still create new opportunities. 💻♻️

The Epoch Times recently visited Arizona StRUT to see how donated electronics are transformed into working computers, hands-on learning experiences, workforce training, and reliable internet access for communities across Arizona.

The article highlights an impact we are proud to share: 6,596 computers refurbished and distributed, more than $430,000 in equipment returned to the community, and 1.14 million pounds of electronic waste diverted from landfills in our latest reported period.

Every donated laptop, desktop, cable, and piece of equipment has the potential to serve a new purpose - whether it is refurbished, used for parts, or responsibly recycled.

Great start to another year at the annual Backpack Buddies back-to-school event!

Beyond the booth, we’re hosting several Techie Experiences — hands-on sessions where students crack open real hardware, learn how the pieces fit together, and see that tech isn’t a black box. And we’re sending more than 60 laptops home with students who need them.

Every device we hand out started as something headed for a landfill. Reuse, refurbish, recycle — and learn. That’s the whole loop, and days like this are where it pays off.
