Our Mission

The mission of the Taunton Parent Task Force is to elevate parent and caregiver voices to advocate for safe, inclusive, equitable, and supportive learning environments for all students. We work collaboratively with families, schools, and community partners to address systemic challenges, promote transparency and accountability, and ensure every child has access to the resources, respect, and opportunities they need to thrive.

Children’s Art Workshop (Ages 3–7) coming up this Saturday (March 14, 2026) from 9–10 AM!

Join the Trescott Street Gallery for a month full of creativity, color, and hands-on fun.

Little artists will enjoy projects like:

Watercolor painting
Rainbow wreaths
Floral wreaths
Stained glass butterflies
Leprechaun traps
…and more!

Workshops are held at 8 Trescott Street in Downtown Taunton.

There is a donation and fundraising event March 7th & 8th at Home Plate Bay Street Grill to support families impacted by the recent Taunton house explosion.

20% of your bill (dine-in, takeout, and gift cards) will be donated directly to affected families.
They are also collecting specific clothing items and gift cards.

If you’re able to support, this is one way our community can come together. 💙🤝
