We are sharing this important image from with TBI -Support Group because it is such a powerful reminder that brain injury survivors often face challenges others cannot always see.

Just because someone “looks fine” does not mean they are not struggling, healing, or working hard every single day.

A brain injury can affect memory, emotions, communication, energy levels, processing, and so much more. The things we say can either lift someone up or make their journey feel even harder.

Let’s choose patience.
Let’s choose kindness.
Let’s choose understanding.

We are sorry to share the passing of a friend of No Limits, Alisa Hardstock.

Alisa was a fun and funny person who brightened our days many times over the years. She absolutely knew how to keep it real, and we will remember her spirit, her presence, and her humor.

Alisa will be greatly missed. May she rest in peace. Her obituary is here:
