G-Lady’s Community Food Pantry FREE Emergency Non-Perishable Food Pantry open to Tamaqua Area School District Residents ! MUST live within the Tamaqua Area School District.

You understand that this food pantry is to be used as an emergency resource only and is meant to supplement additional assistance or resources you may receive. ONE shopping day per household every 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks). This pantry CANNOT charge a fee or accept monetary donations for food and non-food items you receive. This pantry CANNOT require you to provide a service, participate

in a religious event or join any part of this organization as a condition of receiving food. This pantry CANNOT refuse assistance to you based on race, color, age, religion, national origin, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or political affiliation. Food is provided on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis and you relinquish this Food Pantry of all liability of any nature whatsoever and accept the food “AS IS” and at my own risk. There is no guarantee of the amount or type of food product given. You will not sell the food or non-food products or exchange/barter food or non-food products for services. Inappropriate behavior such as profanity, littering, verbal abuse of staff, or any other disruptive behavior is prohibited. Any such conduct may result in suspension or termination of your privileges at this Food Pantry.

"G"-Lady’s Community Food Pantry will be at the Plants with a Purpose event at Walmart in Hometown this Saturday (April 25th from 10AM–2PM)!

Come out and enjoy some delicious homemade food:

We’re also excited to have The Wicked Whisk Bakes Cakes joining us with her amazing baked goods you won’t want to miss! 🍰

On Saturday G-Lady (Regina Blaukowitch) and Nadine Dennis had the pleasure of helping St John Evangelical Lutheran Church with their Spring Ham Dinner.
Katie Arnold also played a part by providing some of her delicious cupcakes.

Moments like these are a beautiful reminder of what can happen when organizations and neighbors come together with a shared purpose. Collaboration strengthens our community, expands the good we can do, and reminds us that when we work together, everyone benefits.

We are incredibly thankful for opportunities to partner with those who believe in supporting and uplifting our town. It is through cooperation, generosity, and shared compassion that we continue building a stronger, more connected community for all.

Anyone interested in making donations towards our Appalachian Trail Thru Hikers Trail Magic Day we are looking for some of the following items ....
Protein powder, protein bars, granola bars, instant coffee packets, electrolyte drink packets, Carnation instant Breakfast packets, instant oatmeal and ramen packets, fruit snacks, canned beverages, tuna packets and chicken packets, dehydrated meals ( these are pricey but if you would happen to have any to part with ), lip balm and bug spray ... Monetary donations would also be helpful so we can purchase some of these items we need and also put towards the items needed for the hot meal we will be providing!!

Any monetary donations sent to the pantry page please indicate they are for the trail magic day ...Thank you !!
