All tanks are back to normal levels and there is no longer a need to conserve water usage.

Big Bend PSD plant and office will be closed to the public today. We will not be able to do bulk water sales. If you need to make a payment please put it in the drop box at the outside gate, please do not come inside the gates, to allow room for the crews to work. Optimum will be on site to work on restoring service. We currently do not have phone or internet, if there is an emergency send a message on here or email [email protected].

Big Bend is still working to restore power to our plant. In the meantime we are unable to pump water to our tanks. Please conserve water where you can and only use where essential.

Please refrain from filling pools or using high quantities of water until further notice. A power line was snapped at the water plant and we will not be able to replenish tanks until problem is resolved.
