Boil Water Advisory for previously mentioned area of Bun Hicks & Willowood intersection to end of line at Wiggins Crossing and Greenbrier Drive has been lifted

Previously mentioned leak has now been repaired and service restored. Please remember this area that lost water service will be under a boil water advisory until further notice.

We are experiencing a main line break in the area of Bun Hicks Rd & Willowwood. Water has been shut off from this area to the end of the line on Wiggins Crossing and all of Greenbrier Drive. A crew is on site and water will be restored after repairs are made. At this time we do not have an estimated time frame.

Big Bend PSD would like to thank EL Robinson Engineering, Region One Planning & Delevopment Council, past and current board members and WV IJDC for all working together to allow us to use remaining contingency funds from our Pence Springs/ Pine Hill Wastewater project to purchase a new excavator from State Equipment. This will help our crews tremendously in finding and repairing leaks in a timely manner. This project was 100% grant funded and at no cost to our ratepayers.
